Sally Yates testimony is nothing more than Democratic propaganda

Sally Yates is set to testify in front of the Senate committee today at 2:30 pm(eastern time). She is going to testify and claim she warned the Trump administration of Gen. Michael Flynn communications with Russia. Here is why her testimony is nothing more than Democratic propaganda.

1.Trump and Yates have a rocky relationship:

On January 31st Sally Yates was fired due to the fact she refused to enforce Donald Trump’s travel ban.

Statement from The White House:

From the White House: Statement on the Appointment of Dana Boente as Acting Attorney General

The acting Attorney General, Sally Yates, has betrayed the Department of Justice by refusing to enforce a legal order designed to protect the citizens of the United States. This order was approved as to form and legality by the Department of Justice Office of Legal Counsel.

Ms. Yates is an Obama Administration appointee who is weak on borders and very weak on illegal immigration.

It is time to get serious about protecting our country. Calling for tougher vetting for individuals travelling from seven dangerous places is not extreme. It is reasonable and necessary to protect our country.

Tonight, President Trump relieved Ms. Yates of her duties and subsequently named Dana Boente, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, to serve as Acting Attorney General until Senator Jeff Sessions is finally confirmed by the Senate, where he is being wrongly held up by Democrat senators for strictly political reasons.
This firing was completely legal.
Yates didn’t even bother to claim that Trump’s executive order on immigration and refugees was illegal. She instead said that she had to “seek justice and stand for what is right.” That is not actually what’s in her job description. The Constitution gives the president unitary executive power. And Yates’ job requires her to “represent the United States in legal matters generally.” Yates should have quit or done her job – or she should have been fired.
Yates refused to uphold her constitutional obligations and was fired because of it.
2. Yates also was likely one of the moles leaking anti-Trump information to the public.
Trump took to twitter earlier today to bring up his concerns:

Now we covered this topic weeks ago. Although the mainstream media blames Donald Trump for Michael Flynn, they seem to leave out the fact that the Obama administration gave him the highest security clearance. Trump stepped into his Presidency knowing Flynn had the highest security clearance possible, he used that knowledge to pick Flynn as his advisor.

He is right on this one as well. For some reason, these committees are investigating ties to Russia but not how classified information became public knowledge and private citizens became illegally unmasked.

Top Democrat forced to admit they have no evidence of Russia-Trump collusion

 3. Sally Yates testimony will tell us nothing we don’t already know:
This testimony is being hyped as if this is the end of times for Donald Trump. In reality, this testimony is nothing more than a chance for the media to prolong the narrative they love so much, The Russian one. The Washington Post reported that members of Trump’s transition team warned Flynn about communicating with Russia ambassador Sergey Kislyak.

Former national security adviser Michael Flynn was warned by senior members of President Trump’s transition team about the risks of his contacts with the Russian ambassador weeks before the December call that led to Flynn’s forced resignation, current and former U.S. officials said.

Flynn was told during a late November meeting that Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak’sconversations were almost certainly being monitored by U.S. intelligence agencies, officials said, a caution that came a month before Flynn was recorded discussing U.S. sanctions against Russia with Kislyak, suggesting that the Trump administration would reevaluate the issue.

Officials were so concerned that Flynn did not fully understand the motives of the Russian ambassador that the head of Trump’s national security council transition team asked Obama administration officials for a classified CIA profile of Kislyak, officials said. The document was delivered within days, officials said, but it is not clear that Flynn ever read it.

So, Yates saying she warned them about Flynn leaves little to prove any wrongdoing and only serves to revive a dying Russian narrative.

4. Yates was ordered by Obama to take care of General Flynn:

Isn’t it oddly coincidental that Sally Yates main target was Michael Flynn. Flynn a man who served during Obama’s tenure was likely on the hot seat from members of the Obama administration. This was because of Obama’s failings with the Iran deal. With Flynn in a place of power, he would inform America on the deal and how bad it was. Obama couldn’t let this happen. After a long spying campaign on Flynn, he found enough evidence to politically assassinate him and keep him quiet. That is why she stayed on with the Trump administration. She needed to be there just long enough to leak dirt on Flynn to The Washington Post and kill his political career.

Report: Obama politically assassinated General Flynn over “Iran Deal”

People need to look at this logically. Sally Yates was clearly one of the people behind the leaking of anti-Flynn information to the press. Sally Yates was an Obama holdover who stayed on board only to disrupt Trump’s administration and serve Obama’s post-presidency agenda.

Be prepared for big headlines with stories that fail to hold any weight in the Trump-Russia case.
