Report: Peter Strzok signed the document officially opening an investigation into Russian meddling

In yet another bombshell finding surrounding Peter Strzok, we now know that he was the FBI official who signed the document that led to the official document officially opening the investigation into the Russia probe.
CNN:
CNN has also learned that Strzok was the FBI official who signed the document officially opening an investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election, according to sources familiar with the matter. As the No. 2 official in counterintelligence, Strzok was considered to be one of the bureau’s top experts on Russia.
But the news of Strzok’s direct role in the statement that ultimately cleared the former Democratic presidential candidate of criminal wrongdoing, now combined with the fact that he was dismissed from special counsel Robert Mueller’s team after exchanging private messages with an FBI lawyer that could be seen as favoring Clinton politically, may give ammunition to those seeking ways to discredit Mueller’s Russia investigation.
This doesn’t mean that the only reason the investigation started was because of him, or at least we don’t have enough evidence to draw that conclusion yet but it does show us just how important he was in this investigation. He not only signed the document but he also was seen as one of the bureaus’ top experts on Russia.
Taking into account what we know now there seems to be a huge conflict of interest here. We now know Peter has played a part in every portion of the Russia probe and that is truly troubling.
