Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) is having none of the threats from Biden’s DOJ.

Gosar took to Twitter to lay out that interfering with a state-authorized audit is a violation of federal law.

He then cited the law which is 18 USC 595.

Here is the law:

18 USC 595- Interference by administrative employees of Federal, State, or Territorial Governments

Whoever, being a person employed in any administrative position by the United States, or by any department or agency thereof, or by the District of Columbia or any agency or instrumentality thereof, or by any State, Territory, or Possession of the United States, or any political subdivision, municipality, or agency thereof, or agency of such political subdivision or municipality (including any corporation owned or controlled by any State, Territory, or Possession of the United States or by any such political subdivision, municipality, or agency), in connection with any activity which is financed in whole or in part by loans or grants made by the United States, or any department or agency thereof, uses his official authority for the purpose of interfering with, or affecting, the nomination or the election of any candidate for the office of President, Vice President, Presidential elector, Member of the Senate, Member of the House of Representatives, Delegate from the District of Columbia, or Resident Commissioner, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

This section shall not prohibit or make unlawful any act by any officer or employee of any educational or research institution, establishment, agency, or system which is supported in whole or in part by any state or political subdivision thereof, or by the District of Columbia or by any Territory or Possession of the United States; or by any recognized religious, philanthropic or cultural organization.

Yesterday, The Palmieri Report reported on Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers calling out Biden’s DOJ.

Earlier today, Attorney General Merrick Garland threatened post-election audits.

From Media Right News:

In a shocking video, Attorney General Merrick Garland announced that the Justice Department will look with scrutiny into any post-election audits concerning evidence of voting law violations. This has many worried over what federal interference in state-led audits could lead the presence of states’ rights to in the future.

Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers (R) was having none of it.

She took to Twitter and told AG Garland that they would not touch Arizona ballots.

She also threatened time in prison for him if it did happen.

More from Media Right News:

State Senator Wendy Rodgers (R-AZ) immediately fired back at Garland and the Justice Department on Twitter. Rogers said, “You will not touch Arizona ballots or machines unless you want to spend time in an Arizona prison. Maybe you should focus on stopping terrorism. The Justice Department is one of the most corrupt institutions in the USA.” Arizona has been undergoing an audit of the general election results in Maricopa County and should be done counting by the end of this week while the Senate Republicans’ election review will not conclude until late July or October.

What are Democrats so scared of?
