Welcome to America in 2020. Why would we be promoting that 12-years-olds get tested for STDs without telling their parents? Shouldn’t parents know what is going on with there children?
The only thing I can think of is that people think kids will just not get tested out of fear of repercussions from parents. However, is that how we should be legislating? Should we have 12-year-olds making decisions for there future? Of course not.
This is just another step in the sexualization of our young children.
