My favorite part of this is the fact he claims he isn’t for open borders. Will Bernie come out against the move in the Democrat party to make illegal entry, not a crime? Will Bernie support more Border Security to make sure that no other illegals cross over the border successfully?
To this point, we have seen none of that and it makes you wonder what is going on here. On one hand, he could actually support open borders. Bernie Sanders might have decided that the idea of borders is nonsense and he could have his communist utopia worldwide. The other thing is that he might be lying to everyone. Bernie might know that being tough on immigration is a losing issue in the Democrat party. The far-left doesn’t want any form of Border Security and he knows saying he does will isolate those people from the party.
