It is things like this that make Conservatives hate the press. Is this a huge story? No. It is just the fact that the Press goes out of its way to make a mountain out of a molehill and then lies about it that is a major problem.
The reason for this narrative is simply to attack the President and make him seem like such a mean person.
The bottom line from this story is that the President was making a simple joke but I’m sure what should’ve been a nonstory will get wall to wall coverage.
