NPR’s Nina Totenberg released a story yesterday claiming that Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor was hearing arguments from a microphone in her office because Justice Neil Gorsuch wasn’t putting on a mask.

Both Sotomayor and Gorsuch have called the story false.

The media is trying to spin it claiming semantics:
