According to reports from AP Joe Biden’s notes were centered around Kamala Harris one of them telling him not to hold a grudge against her.

Now, some are saying this is another example of how mentally incompetent Joe Biden is. Although it could be I don’t believe that to be why the notes read this. These are likely just talking points that Biden wanted to make sure that he expressed.
However, it does show us that Kamala Harris is near the top of the list as it pertains to becoming Vice President.
