Jeff Flake goes full never-Trump claims that MAGA crowds are “spasms of a dying party,’ “

You would think Jeff Flake would have jumped on the Trump Train by now but it seems he is only getting worse.

    The Hill:

“When you look at some of the audiences cheering for Republicans, sometimes, you look out there and you say, ‘those are the spasms of a dying party,’ ” Flake said on ABC’s “This Week.”

“When you look at the lack of diversity, sometimes, and it depends on where you are, obviously, but by and large, we’re appealing to older white men and there are just a limited number of them, and anger and resentment are not a governing philosophy,” he continued.

“The last thing we need is to push that ultranationalist, ethno-nationalist, protectionist kind of element of the party. That’s not good for us,” Flake said.

Jeff Flake is trying to get his praise for the Mainstream Media before leaving office. The idea that the Republican party is becoming a dying party is nonsense. An entire grassroots movement is forming and taking out the old establishment thinkers. No longer will the Conservative base in America accept anything from those they elect but Conservative policies. The reality of this situation is that the party Jeff Flake represents is dying out and he can’t stand it.
