Draftkings NFL Week 9 Lineup

This week for DFS is tricky there is a lot of tough games this week for fantasy. For my lineup this week I played my main guys in some high scoring games, so this gives them the most upside to score big points. My quarterback this week is Derek Carr (5,500 DK) In the past two games the Lions defense has allowed 4 passing touchdowns too opposing quarterbacks. There secondary is also banged up with injuries. The matchup is perfect for Derek Carr.

My two running backs are Dalvin Cook (9,500) and Josh Jacobs (6,500). Dalvin Cook against the Chiefs Defense is a perfect matchup. The Chiefs are a team that struggles against the run is going up against the NFL’s leading rusher in Dalvin Cook. Dalvin is also a good pass-catcher out of the backfield which helps him even more. Josh Jacobs is my stack with Derek Carr. Josh Jacobs has two multiple touchdown games. The Detroit Lions have given up the second-most fantasy points to running backs this season. That includes in the last three weeks the Lions have given up 20 or more fantasy points to opposing running backs.

My wide receivers this week Chris Godwin (7,300), Marvin Jones (6,000) and Jarvis Landry (4,500). Chris Godwin is tied in the NFL for the most receiving touchdowns at 6. Last week Mike Evans caught the most passes from Jameis Winston. This should work to Godwin’s advantage this week as extra coverage should go to Mike Evans. Most of Chris Godwin’s touchdowns came from zone coverage which is the Seattle Seahawks defensive scheme. Marvin Jones has had some big games this year. Jones is also playing a secondary in Oakland that gives up the third most 40 plus pass plays. Jones hasn’t been very consistent but this is the best matchup he has gotten so far this season. Detroit vs Oakland should be a shoutout with two bad defenses. Jarvis Landry was a punt for me I needed the low value but there is still upside. They are playing a very good defense, but last week Jarvis Landry led the Browns in receiving with 65 and had ten targets.

My Tight end is Jack Doyle (3,000) Jack Doyle plays the most amount of snaps for Colts tight ends. Last week had 61 receiving yards and 5 targets.

My flex is Devin Singletary (4,700). Even Though Singletary is the number two running back in Buffalo the past couple weeks he has outplayed gore. Washington’s defense allows the fifth-most yards top running backs. He also has high volume in the passing game, unlike frank gore.

My Defense is the Bears (2,900) The Bear’s defense has struggled a little bit, but it is to do with there terrible offense. The Bear’s defense has only allowed two 20 plus games. Carson Wentz against tough defenses has thrown for less than 200 yards in four of his past five games, that defense should get to the quarterback.
