Michael Flynn’s resignation is something that came as a shock to many of us. In January, the Washington Post declared that the FBI had looked into his talks with Russia and found no evidence of wrongdoing. Well, a lot has changed since then and it seems they are still struggling to find the evidence of him actually discussing sanctions with these Russian Ambassadors.  With that being said, Trump needed to move on from Flynn because he can’t have any weak links within his administration. With people on both sides of the aisle attempting to shut him down he needs to have a team of people who are loyal to him and will not cause him any extra problems. I wholeheartedly believe Flynn will not be the last member to be asked to resign over these next few weeks. Trump is finally getting situated in office and is finding out who is with the swamp and who is with him. That is why I fully expect Trump to continue to shake up The White House until he has a group of people around him that he can completely trust.
Speculation on this topic has been that the next person to go could be Priebus. The Political editor at Breitbart Matthew Boyles used three anonymous sources from the White House to make his claim.
[Priebus] is not effectively working Republicans on Capitol Hill like his friend House Speaker Paul Ryan to push through key legislative items that Trump campaigned on, like the repealing and replacing of Obamacare and tax reform among other initiatives. Sources close to the president question whether Priebus will be able to stomach pushing through major pieces of legislation down the road, like the president’s infrastructure plan, a plan for the promised border wall, or the building up of the military among other things.
 As many of us thought, Priebus is a “yes†man and someone who has no backbone. He is someone who has been working behind Trump’s back and is a puppet to Paul Ryan. I expect him to be ousted as soon as Trump can do it.
For Trump Supporters out there don’t panic by all the moving and shaking of The White House. Trump is using the beginning stages of his presidency to find out who he can trust and what people in the swamp need to go first. Sadly, Flynn was a victim of Anti-Trump sentiment in The White House and that’s why information on him was leaked and he was asked to resign. As for the rest of the stooges in the swamp, I’d be careful because Trump will stop at nothing to end the corruption and with it your political careers.
