December 7th NBA Fan Duel Lineup

Last night was a wreck for fanduel. Fading Wall was a poor decision and cost me the ability to cash last night. Well we are back at it again hopefully with better luck tonight. Here is my tournament lineup

PG: Chris Paul-$9100:

Paul and Curry are the same price tonight. With a prime time matchup between these two teams I don’t think you can go wrong with either. With that being said I am in love with playing Paul tonight. Im not sure on what his ownership will be but I do know he is a safe play with a huge ceiling. Curry isnt known as the best defender and you know that this game is going to stay close. Im looking for Paul to fill up the stat sheet and should have no issue getting 45-50 fantasy points tonight.

PG: Marcus Smart-$4700:

With Isaiah Thomas out Smart is going to be thrown into the starting lineup. When given the minutes he is a player who has a very good ceiling. He may be a risky play because he is capable of a fantasy dud but he is well worth the risk. Smart is going to be able to fill up the stat sheet and has shot the ball a little better as of late. Off the bench we have seen him have 20+ fantasy point outings. With him now the starter I don’t think 30-35 is too far out of his range tonight.

SG: Monta Ellis-$4700

There are a lot of good plays at shooting guard tonight but none give you a better value than Ellis. His matchup against the Suns is one that will allow him easily to at least hit value. I am looking for Ellis to have himself a big game and I believe he can get 25-30 fantasy points easy tonight.

SG: Tim Hardaway Jr-$3800

His cheap price makes him a must play tonight. He is starting for the injured Bazemore and is a guy who can give you 6x or 7x value or more easily. He will allow you to pay up and improve your lineup at other positions and that is something that is imporant on this slate.

SF: Paul George-$8300

Paul George is extremely cheap right now and has upside like almost no one else on the board. He will have plenty fantasy point opportunities as the Suns aren’t very good at all defensively and with this price is hard for me not to play him. Keep in mind the Pacers have struggled as of late so this game should stay reasonably close.

SF: Kevin Durant-$10200

Durant is going to have a field day against the Clippers in what should be a high scoring affair. Thompson has been having huge games as of late but I see that ending tonight. I think Durant is going to be the highscorer on the night and we could see him reach 60-70 fantasy points. Not sure how much he will be owned but if people fade him then he’ll be a great piece to have in your lineup.

PF: Dwight Powell-$3900:

Powell is too cheap for me to pass up. When Powell gets minutes he performs and does it in a lot of different categories. He could give you all the value you need with the cheap price to not hinder you from playing any of your top guys.

PF: Kristaps Porzingis-$7600:

Kristaps is the player I am most excited for on the Knicks. I haven’t heard much about him up to this point and he may fly under the radar. He is playing against Kevin Love who is nothing special on the defensive end and is someone who always has a massive ceiling. I think he has a chance to sneak under the radar if people are looking for value or at the higher priced guys at this position.

C: Al Horford-$7700:

With Thomas out Horford should see an uptake in usage. He has been on the rise as of late and is too cheap for me not to look at. Horford had a 43.7 fantasy point game in his last game and will no doubt at least reach that again. I can see him being overlooked tonight due to there being such a huge slate and so many other options on the board and could be the guy who puts your lineup over the edge.
