According to Roger Stone’s Lawyer, CNN had the Roger Stone indictment before it was unsealed.
Roger Stone’s attorney, Grant Smith, told me the below letter to lawmakers is authentic.
Smith wrote that he got a version of Stone’s indictment from CNN that appears to be prior “in time to the filing and the unsealing” of the indictment.

Senate Judiciary Committee spokesperson says they received the letter.
Smith: “I should note that CNN has stated that the copy they forwarded me was sent to them by the Special Counsel’s Office as a press release, but not before the arrest of our client.”

According to Smith, the metadata in the document says it was created by AAW at 11:04 p.m. on Jan. 23. Stone was arrested early on Jan. 25. I can’t prove who AAW is, but Andrew Weissman would be one possibility. pic.twitter.com/im2DqWZ6JR

This adds more fuel to the claim that CNN was tipped off by the Mueller probe before the arrest of Roger Stone.
