Just hours ago Russian Lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya tweeted out a very puzzling video.

By tweeting this story out she has left us with major questions about where her loyalties lie. It doesn’t make much sense for her to tweet this video out if she was a Democratic operative. The tweeting of this video leaves us with two theories.
1. Natalia is playing the stereotypical Russian:
Russia loves watching America struggle. They do everything they can to sow seeds of distrust in American society. Natalia could just be doing this exact same thing. With rumors of her ties to the Democrats coming out she may have tweeted this as a way to further the narrative and further split in America.
2. She might have realized that she was being used by The Democrats as an operative and tweeted the video out as revenge:
Natalia may have tweeted this video as a way to confirm the reporting in the video and get revenge on the Democrats using her as an operative. Natalia was a lobbyist for Russia. Her trip to the United States did not stop with just meeting with Trump Jr.

Later, a series of events between an intermediary for the attorney and the Trump campaign ultimately led to the controversy surrounding Donald Trump Jr.
Just five days after meeting in June 2016 at Trump Tower with Trump Jr., Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner and then-Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort, Moscow attorney Natalia Veselnitskaya showed up in Washington in the front row of a House Foreign Affairs Committee hearing on Russia policy, video footage of the hearing shows.
She also engaged in a pro-Russia lobbying campaign and attended an event at the Newseum in Washington, D.C., where Russian supporters showed a movie that challenged the underpinnings of the U.S. human rights law known as the Magnitsky Act, which Russian President Vladimir Putin has reviled and tried to reverse.
The Magnitsky Act imposed financial and other sanctions on Russia for alleged human rights violations connected to the death of a Russian lawyer who claimed to uncover fraud during Putin’s reign. Russia retaliated after the law was passed in 2012 by suspending Americans’ ability to adopt Russian children.
At least five congressional staffers and State Department officials attended that movie showing, according to a Foreign Agent Registration Act complaint filed with the Justice Department about Veselnitskaya’s efforts.
And Veselnitskaya also attended a dinner with the chairman of the House subcommittee overseeing Russia policy, Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-Calif.) and roughly 20 other guests at a dinner club frequented by Republicans.
In an interview with The Hill on Wednesday, Rohrabacher said, “There was a dinner at the Capitol Hill Club here with about 20 people. I think I was the only congressman there. They were talking about the Magnitsky case. But that wasn’t just the topic. There was a lot of other things going on. So I think she was there, but I don’t remember any type of conversation with her between us. But I understand she was at the table.â€
Rohrabacher said he believed Veselnitskaya and her U.S. colleagues, which included former Rep. Ronald Dellums (D-Calif.), were lobbying other lawmakers to reverse the Magnitsky Act and restore the ability of Americans to adopt Russian children that Moscow had suspended.
As you can see she did far more than just meet with Donald Trump Jr. She was actively attempting to get support for the reversal of the Magnistsky Act and this made her a busy lady while in America. With these new reports, it is possible that she is striking back at the Democrats for using her as evidence in the Russia-Trump collusion conspiracy theory. The worst thing for Natalia is to now be looked at by the Trump administration as a Democratic operative. This would make her almost useless at lobbying on behalf of the Russians if they were ever to meet again.
Overall this story seems to have a lot left in it. The media is fixated on the meeting between Trump Jr. and Natalia. The real fixation should be on the Democrats connections to her and why she was here in the first place.
