After failing to repeal O-CARE GOP Senators plan on blocking Trump’s National Emergency

After failing to repeal ObamaCare Mitch McConnell announced that GOP Senators have the votes to successful block President Donald Trump from declaring a National emergency at the border.

McConnell told this to reporters in Kentucky:

“I think what is clear in the Senate is that there will be enough votes to pass the resolution of disapproval, which will then be vetoed by the president and then in all likelihood the veto will be upheld in the House,”

Here are the GOP Senators who will vote against the declaration:

Senator Rand Paul, Sens. Susan Collins (R-Maine), Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) and Thom Tillis (R-N.C.).

Mitch McConnell is backing the President however

“Yeah I am,” “That’s one reason I argued obviously without success to the president that he not take this route.”

This is just another example of the GOP not backing President Trump when he needs them.
