The funniest part of this is how at the end he says “I’m not joking”. It’s like one of the best defenses of what he says here is that it was a joke and he debunks that himself.
I also have no clue what point he is trying to make here. Why would you not be able to go into a store because of your accent? Did he mean the workers are almost all Indian?
Either way, Biden is a gaffe machine.
